Job Title: SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVES

Location: Lagos

JOB SUMMARY:

Our client is seeking to hire a Senior Sales Executive to manage the sale of the company’s products and services in a defined geographical territory. To conduct various trials at customer end and to introduce products to various customers into Hotels, Hospitality, Food and Beverages and various other applicable industries.

The roles are open for the following departments:

  • (Hygiene & Household Chemicals)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Prepare sales plan with a road map to achieve the planned business objective through identification and tapping new business opportunities; with profit responsibility.
  • To explore new business opportunities and ventures for business growth.
  • To travel across the territory to identify market potential, develop customer relations and pass on the leads to Product Managers.
  • To facilitate the sales/product managers in processing leads, logistics and distribution of the material to the customers.
  • To perform sales activities for various customers in close coordination with Sales/Product Manager.
  • To develop a new customer base and sustain the existing business by periodic customer meeting, conducting various customer trials and managing effective customer intimacy.
  • To facilitate FRT/ART in building accurate profiling for the customer to explore new business opportunities and right product promotion.
  • To focus actively on Key Accounts and seek support from various functional team/management where appropriate to ensure a prompt solution to their satisfaction.
  • Projects tracking on a continuous basis to Judge the market potential for key products and striving to widen the customer base through extensive research.
  • To ensure Sales Targets are achieved as per assigned product and region/key accounts wise through managing the effective sales strategy and follow-up to ensure the accomplishment of sales operational plans.
  • To assess the various information tools, identify business opportunities and pinpoint bottleneck areas to further increase sales volume, market share and profitability
  • To prepare and recommend sales budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget to ensure business alignment.
  • To prepare all applicable reports in time for accuracy and in order to ensure that they match the functional requirements, policies and standards.

REQUIREMENTS

  • HND/B.Sc. degree in Marketing or any other related field
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Hygiene & Household Chemical Sales personnel
  • Well exposed to B2B Marketing.
  • Excessive travelling is required in and around Nigeria/West Africa.

Job Title: TERRITORY MANAGER (Hygiene & Household Chemical)

JOB SUMMARY:

  • Our client is seeking to hire a Territory Sales Manager to develop a sales plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales, goals and profitability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • To facilitate FRT in the development of sales strategy/policy, processes and procedure. To manage the implementation of all the relevant applicable SOP’s. To ensure sales transactions are executed as per given prices and policies.
  • To monitor various projects progress, identify new project opportunities and share a regular update with FRT/ART.
  • To manage the day to day operations of the sales region providing guidance, encouraging teamwork and facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high-performance standards.
  • To make the regular customer visit for sales development and facilitate customers for various projects and probabilities to boost sales.
  • To deal with customer grievances and follow-up with technical team for resolution and various customer trials analysis and support.

  • Responsible for performing XRF & XRD new methods, Maintenance, Calibration, Standardisation

  • Sample preparation for fused Bead by OXI fusion with Lithium Tetraborate, Sodium Tetraborate.

  • ability to recognize/troubleshoot problems with XRF/XRD instruments
  • Interface & Intensity correction, Reference Peak Spectra, Check angle, PhD.

  • ISO/IEC 17025:2005 (NABL) Technical Audit, ISO 9001, ASME U, U2 & N Stamp Audits.
  • Monitor and review the results of the quality assurance/control program, analyze laboratory data, and recommend treatment modifications, present data analysis in tabular and graphical forms.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of laboratory procedures and results, ensure compliance with government regulations, prepare analytical worksheets and reports.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree or Diploma in Instrumental & Control Engineering or any other related field

  • The preferred candidate will be responsible for establishing and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance for equipment, carry out project design & implementation and partner with the procurement unit to ensure the availability of engineering spare parts.
  • The Manager will help in mobilizing the local resources at the set-up phase of new manufacturing facilities including the local procurement/sourcing of tools and other project-related items.
