How to Complete GoTV Missing Channels
Reset your GoTv decoder or clear error code is by sending an SMS. This method works if you recently renewed your GoTV Subscription and channels are not still showing. Stay calm
- Send a text message with the information in a quote “RESET IUC number” example RESET 46299389293 to 4688. You have to leave a space after the RESET and type your IUC number. Also, this can be done via the GoTv website via GoTV Africa SelfService
Ensure that you leave your GoTv decoder on and connected when you are carrying out the manual reset.
Another way you can get your missing GoTV Channels is via scanning.
- Press the “MENU” button on your remote (incase the writings on your GoTV remote is washed out the MENU key is the white key on the bottom left of your remote).
- Choose Advanced OptionsChoose Installation Finally Choose the “Automatic Scan” option which is the second option on the list. Wait for the scan process to complete the press the exit button to go back to your tv channels list.
Do not interrupt the scanning. Your GoTV decoder will scan for missing channels and within 1-2 minutes. If scanning was successful you will have all the missing channels back. If it wasn’t you can repeat the process until you get all your channels working.

Each Banks has their own USSD code to subscribe for GoTV. Just note the USSD code of your bank.
Note that the phone number that will be used for the USSD transactions must be your registered phone number which is attached to your Bank account.

2. First Bank USSD Code
To subscribe to a GOTV bouquet using First Bank USSD Code Dial *894*AMOUNT*IUC NUMBER#.
3. Zenith Bank USSD Code
To subscribe to a GOTV bouquet using Zenith Bank USSD Code: Dial *966*7*Amount*IUC Number# on your mobile phone.
4. Stanbic mobile USSD Code
To subscribe to a GOTV bouquet using Stanbic mobile USSD Code Dial *909# on your mobile phone and send.
Input the others option(option 6), then input my bank option(option 1), then input the pay Bills option(option 4), then follow the other necessary steps and input the necessary information on each field and SEND

To subscribe to a GOTV bouquet using Fidelity Bank USSD Code Dial *770*1088* IUC Number*Amount# on your mobile phone.
6. WEMA Bank USSD Code
To subscribe to a GOTV bouquet using WEMA Bank USSD Code Dial *945*17*IUC Number# on your mobile phone.
7. Heritage Bank USSD Code
To subscribe to a GOTV bouquet using Heritage Bank USSD Code Dial *322*030*1088*AMOUNT# on your mobile phone.
8. eTranzact USSD Code
To subscribe to a GOTV bouquet using eTranzact USSD Code Simply dial *389*9*IUC number# then select GOTV option then follow the other necessary steps to complete the process.
Note: The amount in the USSD code is the price for your GOTV subscription plan. After you must have completed the steps for your respective bank’s USSD subscription correctly, Your payment should be successful.
