Job Description
- Prepare information regarding designs, structure specifications, materials, colour, equipment, estimated costs and construction time.
- Prepare operating and maintenance manuals, studies and reports
- Administer construction contracts
- Represents the company in obtaining bids and awarding construction contracts
- Prepare scale drawings.
- Conduct periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans.
- Consult with client to determine functional and spatial requirements of a structure.
- Direct activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents.
- Prepare contracts documents for building contractors.
- Integrate engineering element into unified design,
