The University of Toronto International Scholar is a new award for international students admitted to the University in 2020-21. The University of Toronto is a public research university in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, located on the grounds that surround Queen’s Park. It was founded by royal charter in 1827 as King’s College, the first institution of higher learning in the colony of Upper Canada.

Scholarship Value/Amount:
- $80,000 – $180,000 over four years.
Eligibility:
To be awarded to international students admitted to an undergraduate program at the University on the basis of academic merit. This award is renewable for three years if the terms and conditions are met. The award is tenable at the following faculty/ division:
- Faculty of Arts and Science (including Rotman Commerce)
- Faculty of Applied Science & Engineering
- University of Toronto Mississauga
- University of Toronto Scarborough
